Who we are

HERO Method builds private business AI operations systems for founders and small teams. The service is operated by Kinson Tech Ltd, Elm House, Elm Road, East Bergholt, Colchester, England, CO7 6SG. We are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy.

What we collect

• Business contact data: your name, role, firm and business email address, gathered from public professional sources such as company websites and professional directories.
• Correspondence: anything you send us by email, and our replies.
• Booking data: if you book a call, our scheduling provider collects your name, email address and the details you choose to share.
• Technical data: our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP addresses, for security and reliability.

This site does not use analytics or advertising cookies.

How we use it, and on what basis

We send a small number of personalised emails to named decision-makers at their company addresses. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests: we contact people whose role suggests our service is directly relevant to their business. Every email identifies who we are, explains why we wrote to you, links to this policy and offers a simple way to opt out.

Some of our outreach is drafted and managed by our AI agent, Virgil. We say so openly, because that is the product. A human sets the boundaries and holds the approvals.

If you become a client, we process your data as needed to deliver the engagement, on the basis of our contract with you.

Who we share it with

We do not sell personal data. We use a small number of processors to run the business: website hosting, email, and call scheduling. Each processes data on our instructions.

How long we keep it

We keep outreach contact data only while it is relevant. If you opt out, we add your address to a suppression list so we do not contact you again. Client records are kept for as long as the law requires.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask for access to your data, have it corrected or erased, object to our processing, or ask us to restrict it. Email us and we will act promptly. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).

Opting out

You can opt out of all HERO Method outreach at any time. Use the unsubscribe option in any email we send, or visit our opt-out page.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date at the top.
